Say & Pray Devotions // Book Review + giveaway

Say & Pray Devotions is a board book for very young children; basically a child's first devotional. There are three types of devotions: God's World, God's Gifts, and God's Love. Each devotion is two pages. Under the heading "Fun with Friends" is a short paragraph that says,

When I play with friends, I feel happy.

We are learning to share.

On the facing page is a Bible verse (A friend loves at all times. Proverbs 17:17) and a short prayer (Thank You, God, for friends! Amen.)

There are super cute illustrations with words like ball, tree, girl, boy, etc. next to different objects. Children can learn to recognize common objects and words while learning spiritual truths at the same time. 

The summary on the back of the book says this: 

"Encourage even the littlest hearts to grow in faith through these fun devotions that teach the importance of gratitude. Children will enjoy pointing to and naming labeled objects on each page while learning more about God's love and how He provides for us. Scripture and short prayers will also hide God's Word in young hearts."
