The Ballad of the Cold Spanish Frog (beautifully written by Molly Pelic)
On May 23, 2012, the world was forever changed (for better or worse, none can yet tell) by the writing of The Ballad of the Cold Spanish Frog. I have typed it up here for the enjoyment of all.
In the freezer with a chill
Is my little frog named Bill
He's very cold and very green
We washed him so he's very clean
He already ate his fruit and oats
and a piece of jellied toast
We let him out into the sun
We tossed a baseball and had fun
He was much warmer in the pool
And thought his swimming was so cool
He left to eat some cherry pie
And it was sad to say goobye
He promised that he would return
But first Spanish he must learn
