Never Let Go by Elizabeth Goddard // Revell Reads Review

I have no self control when I comes to putting these types of books down 😂 I stay up too late because it's too gripping!!!

My granddad was really into genealogy and I think it's pretty cool too. I'd never heard of a forensic genealogist before but what a neat vocation! I like how family and genealogy is the backdrop for this book.

Willow Anderson is just trying to finish the last job her grandfather was working on when he died. She's not sure she'll be able to do it, impossible as it seems, but especially not if someone is trying to kill her.

I did not see the twist and turns coming. I can't believe the lengths someone would go and the twisted things they would do. It's very messed up.

Willow and Austin's relationship felt real to me. I liked how Goddard showed their relationship not working because of a lack of trust but when Austin started opening up to Willow, they had a chance again. Another theme was not to assume what someone else is thinking. Austin robbed himself of several years with his family because he assumed they hated him.

Intriguing new characters for an intriguing new series!!

I received a free copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
